This cyst actually had attributes of a Pilar cyst and an epidermal inclusion cyst in the same growth on the pathology report. Very unique growth indeed! It had pushed aside fat tissue and carved out a nice deep pocket on neck/scalp area. Thanks to my patient for sharing his procedure, his wife is a huge fan and brought her husband in!
