This video was from almost 2 years ago; I’m just getting to it now. This was a good-sized Pilar cyst. You can see a small artery pumping out as I remove the sac. Also, you can see the effectiveness of the horizontal mattress stitch on the scalp with his barely perceivable scar at the follow-up. I do so many of these cysts every month! Hope you enjoy!
